The very first step is to contact me. I'll then send you a questionairre to help me understand what you're looking for. By having a clear understanding of your tastes and preferences (and your budget!) I can keep my visit to your home short - typically less than an hour. It's this step that helps me keep costs so amazingly low.

Next, I, or one of my experienced designers, will visit you. We'll discuss with you the details of the style you like, and see how the light 'works' in your house. We'll also take measurements and photos, as well as make a sketch of key areas.

The final step is to provide you with a ‘mood board’, containing paint, wallpaper and fabric samples, plus a room layout. You’ll normally have this within a couple of weeks of our visit. It’s as easy as that. I’ll also provide you with a list of places where you can purchase the recommended fabrics, paper and paint. The board will clearly say which fabrics are to be used for curtains, cushions, upholstery, and which walls are to be papered or painted. We’ll also include a list of other items that that would complement your room. I always try to give more than one choice of curtain/upholstery fabric or wallpaper.
